This is practical driving instruction to prepare you for the restricted licence test. Your lessons are designed not just to pass the restricted driving test, but to a level where you are comfortable in all traffic and driving conditions. If you are new to driving lessons we will start with the basics of car handling such as steering and braking at low speeds.
If you feel nervous and have some anxiety – I know how you feel, most learner drivers feel the same way. Each lesson we teach is structured for you and relevant to the road, traffic conditions, and your confidence and skills as we progress. Your lessons will include city and rural roads, in varying weather conditions, to the point you are ready for the restricted license practical test.
As part of your instruction, I will also ensure you gain some understanding of the technical aspects of a modern car, in relation to braking, suspension and handling and general vehicle safety.
